What are you going to do?

We are looking for a mechanic who likes to work and appreciates quality. They can independently build more complex machines in accordance with the applicable standards in the field of quality and efficiency, specifications and planning. This also includes independently checking and starting up, performing function tests, identifying and assessing malfunctions and performing required repairs and repair work on all common machines.

In summary, his daily life is:

Sprinkler fitter in Rotterdam

Our client is an expert in the field of sprinkler systems with more than 20 years of experience. They install complete sprinkler systems and also provide maintenance services. What are you going to do?

The sprinkler fitter will carry out all sprinkler fitter activities from work orders and/ or technical drawings. Such activities are installing, dismantling, replacing and performing maintenance on sprinkler systems. These sprinkler systems are used for transport of water and they protect buildings during a fire. The system consists of multiple sets of larger- and smaller-diameter steel pipes. The sprinkler fitter will perform tasks such as drilling, bending, grinding etc. and will construct complete and sometimes complex piping systems.

CNC Turner/ Miller in Rotterdam

  • Receives work orders from the Foreman (such as work plans, drafts and/ or oral instructions)
  • Verifies if the work orders, materials and (auxiliary) tools are correct and complete. Any abnormality must be reported immediately to the Foreman/ Contractor
  • Makes correct use of (auxiliary) tools and protective equipment
  • Correctly programs and operates machines
  • Skilfully produces complete and complex pieces

CNC Turner in Rotterdam

A young and dynamic company is looking for a CNC Turner. The company is pimarily active in the chemical industry. Their orders can vary from single pieces up to hundreds of pieces.

What are you going to do?

The CNC Turner autonomously produces (parts of) products from ferrous materials using machining processes that are realised using CNC turning and milling machines.

  • Reads and interprets the orders and work plans (e.g. CAD-plots) and sketches
  • Securing and adjusting the work piece on the CNC lathe
  • Operates and modifies existing CNC programs (Fanuc operating system)
  • Setting and operating the CNC lathe, performing simulations and repair any programming errors that may occur
  • Verifies and calibrates the measuring equipment
